YESBUTT Returns & Exchanges
At YESBUTT, we want you to love what you're wearing. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it easy to fix.
1. Return Window
- **Returns:** You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- **Cancellations:** Orders that haven't shipped yet are eligible for a full refund. Once your order is on its way, our standard return process applies.
2. Condition of Items
To process your return smoothly, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and free of odors or stains
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
- Note: customized items are not eligible for return unless defective
3. How to Start a Return
1. **Email us** at support@yesbutt.com with your order number and reason for return
2. **We'll send you return instructions**, including the correct return address for your order
3. **Pack the item** securely in its original packaging and ship it back
4. **We'll inspect** your return once received and notify you by email
5. **Refund** will be issued to your original payment method once approved — please allow a few business days for it to appear
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at support@yesbutt.com to start the process. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll ship your new selection. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
5. Return Shipping
- **Our mistake** (damaged or incorrect item): we cover 100% of return shipping
- **Change of mind or wrong size:** customer covers return shipping
- **No restocking fees, ever**
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@yesbutt.com within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages once marked "Delivered," but if your tracking shows delivered and you can't locate your package, contact us at support@yesbutt.com and we'll help you work with the carrier.

2. Contact your card issuer — processing can take a few business days
